Kailai Automobile Sales & Service Co. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Truck Spare Parts Salesperson to join our dynamic team. Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma in a related field such as Automotive Technology, Sales, or Business Administration.
Experience Level:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Sourcing of Truck Spare Parts:
- Proactively source and sell high-quality truck spare parts to clients, ensuring that customer needs are fully met.
- Identify key customer requirements and recommend suitable parts, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique demands of truck owners and fleet operators.
- Develop an understanding of various truck models and makes, ensuring the correct parts are sourced for different brands and specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of new products, trends, and developments within the truck spare parts industry to keep clients informed and up-to-date.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all their truck spare parts needs.
- Handle client inquiries professionally, ensuring they are provided with accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
- Create a positive and friendly customer experience by delivering excellent after-sales support, troubleshooting, and advice when necessary.
3. Product Knowledge and Assistance:
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the truck spare parts offered, including technical specifications, usage, and compatibility with various truck models.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts based on their specific vehicle requirements, providing detailed product explanations and demonstrations where necessary.
- Keep up with evolving technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product knowledge and offer the latest solutions to customers.
- Participate in product training sessions provided by manufacturers and suppliers to stay current with new developments and innovations.
4. Inventory Management and Restocking:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that all necessary spare parts are always in stock, minimizing downtime for customers.
- Track and record inventory movements using inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for out-of-stock or fast-moving items, ensuring timely restocking to meet customer demands.
- Regularly audit and review inventory to ensure the availability of parts in line with market demand, and prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
5. Sales Targets and Team Collaboration:
- Set and meet individual sales targets, while contributing to the overall performance and sales objectives of the company.
- Work collaboratively with team members, sharing leads, insights, and customer feedback to ensure smooth team operations and collective success.
- Attend sales meetings, participate in sales planning sessions, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.
- Engage with marketing teams to implement promotions and campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
6. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, product improvements, and adjustments to sales tactics.
- Provide management with insights on customer preferences, part demands, and market conditions to inform inventory management and promotional efforts.
- Actively participate in performance reviews and set personal development goals to continuously improve in the role.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- A Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates with technical certifications in automotive spare parts will be highly considered.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or truck parts industry. Familiarity with heavy-duty truck parts and accessories is a strong advantage.
