Job Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Officer, your main objective will be to promote the business by increasing product sales, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring Sales Performance:
    • One of your primary duties as a Sales & Marketing Officer is to continuously monitor the company’s sales performance. You will analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and compare the results to the set targets. Based on this analysis, you will recommend changes in strategy to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
    • It will also be your responsibility to provide feedback to the sales team and suggest areas for improvement, ensuring that the overall sales process is efficient and effective.
  2. Building and Maintaining Relationships:
    • Building strong relationships with customers—both potential and existing—is essential for driving sales. You will engage with clients, offering them the best solutions based on their needs and preferences. This interaction will help foster loyalty and trust, leading to long-term business relationships.
    • Additionally, you’ll need to understand the needs of customers in different market segments, providing tailored approaches to maximize business opportunities.
  3. Organizing and Participating in Marketing Activities:
    • To raise awareness of the company’s products and services, you will actively organize and participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
