The Truth Company LTD is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Mobile Bankers to join our team. Mobile Bankers provide essential banking services directly to clients outside traditional bank branches by meeting them at their homes, offices, or other convenient locations. Minimum Qualification:
- High School Certificate (S.S.C.E) or equivalent.
Experience Level:
- Entry level.
Experience Length:
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, with experience in customer service, sales, or banking preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- New Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and attract new clients by leveraging referrals, networking opportunities, and community involvement. Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of mobile banking services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, providing personalized banking services tailored to their needs. Act as their primary point of contact for financial advice and banking solutions.
2. Cross-Selling Banking Products:
- Product Promotion: Promote and cross-sell various banking products and services such as mortgages, personal loans, investment accounts, and insurance products. Tailor solutions based on each client’s financial goals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the company, contributing to increased revenue and client satisfaction through relevant product offerings.
3. Conducting Transactions Safely:
- Secure Client Transactions: Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client transactions conducted during mobile visits. Follow established banking protocols to protect client information and financial assets.
- Transaction Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile cash transactions, check deposits, or other financial activities on-site, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s safety standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Customer Service and Problem Solving:
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues related to account management, loans, or other banking services. Assist clients with digital banking platforms and other financial products as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns or problems, offering tailored financial solutions to meet their individual needs.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, new financial products, and competitor offerings to better position the bank’s products in the marketplace.
- Feedback for Improvement: Collect and relay client feedback to help improve the bank’s services or introduce new product offerings that better serve client needs.

- Ability to manage time effectively by scheduling and organizing client visits, while managing a personal portfolio of clients to ensure all service needs are met promptly.
