As a Field Operations Manager, you will plan, organize, and oversee daily security operations while supervising a team of skilled personnel. The role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, compliance, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Strategize and execute daily security operations to align with company objectives.
- Conduct routine inspections across sites, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures promptly.
- Deploy security personnel effectively based on client needs and operational demands.
- Manage and monitor incident responses to ensure timely resolution and thorough documentation.
Team Supervision
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of security supervisors and officers.
- Develop rotation schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels at all times.
- Evaluate team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Handle disciplinary actions where necessary to uphold professional standards.
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on operations.
- Organize regular client meetings to review service performance and recommend enhancements.
- Foster trust and loyalty through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats at client sites.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on daily activities, incidents, and operational trends.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in security operations, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Retired military personnel or candidates with military backgrounds are highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Requirements
