Job Summary:

Foss Services is seeking a Digital Acquisition Representative to drive the performance and effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. In this role, you will collaborate with digital agencies to develop engaging content, creative strategies, and impactful messaging across platforms like paid search, display advertising, and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting digital acquisition efforts to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions through innovative content and digital strategy. This role requires an understanding of digital channels, content creation, and the ability to manage and optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance talent acquisition and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Acquisition Representative, your core duties will include:

  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid search (Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo), display advertising, and retargeting campaigns. You will work closely with digital agencies to ensure that the messaging and content are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Digital Channel Optimization: Support the daily operations of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid social media, affiliates, and new media platforms. Monitor and improve performance by analyzing key metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy, focusing on social media, mobile, and global content. Ensure that our employment brand and talent acquisition goals are reflected in the content across digital platforms.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure that the digital content and branding messages integrate seamlessly with our Talent Acquisition strategy. Maximize the impact of our digital efforts by aligning content with key points in the candidate journey to engage potential hires effectively.
  • Career Web Page Management: Oversee the digital experience for candidates, ensuring our career web page is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for the best user experience. This includes creating and managing a content roadmap to guide the digital candidate journey.
  • Performance Analysis: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Use insights from data analytics to refine strategies, improve performance, and drive return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaboration with Analytics Team: Work with the Advanced Analytics team to develop an attribution model for all acquisition marketing channels, ensuring optimal investment allocation and maximizing campaign efficiency.
  • Team Development: Although this is an entry-level position, you will be expected to collaborate with marketing teams and potentially contribute to the development of a high-performing marketing and analytics team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: High School Certificate (S.S.C.E) or equivalent. Further education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Experience Level: This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. However, candidates with internships or experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation will have an advantage.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of paid search (Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo), SEO, and social media channels is desirable. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital advertising platforms will be helpful.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve digital marketing efforts. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Creativity & Innovation: You should be a creative thinker with a keen interest in developing engaging content that resonates with audiences. A strong understanding of how to adapt content for different digital channels is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling content, communicating effectively with team members, and collaborating with external digital agencies.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. You should be organized and capable of prioritizing tasks to ensure the efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and digital agencies. You should be able to work well within a team environment, contributing to shared goals.
