As a Field Operations Manager, you will plan, organize, and oversee daily security operations while supervising a team of skilled personnel. The role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, compliance, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Strategize and execute daily security operations to align with company objectives.
  • Conduct routine inspections across sites, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures promptly.
  • Deploy security personnel effectively based on client needs and operational demands.
  • Manage and monitor incident responses to ensure timely resolution and thorough documentation.

Team Supervision

  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of security supervisors and officers.
  • Develop rotation schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels at all times.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
  • Handle disciplinary actions where necessary to uphold professional standards.

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on operations.
  • Organize regular client meetings to review service performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Foster trust and loyalty through consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Risk Assessment & Compliance

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats at client sites.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local security laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on daily activities, incidents, and operational trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deployments, incidents, and evaluations.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in security operations, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Retired military personnel or candidates with military backgrounds are highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements

  • Security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between sites.
  • In-depth knowledge of security laws and industry standards.
