Job Summary:

Pioneers International Academy is seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our teaching team in various departments, including Primary, Early Childhood, and Secondary education, with a focus on both the Arts and Sciences. Minimum Qualification:

  • Diploma in Education or a related field.

Experience Level:

  • Mid-level candidates are preferred.
  • Experience Length: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach Classes:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the learning needs of students in line with the school’s curriculum.
  • Incorporate innovative and interactive teaching strategies to promote active learning in both the arts and science subjects.
  • Teach a variety of subjects, with specialized roles available for educators with expertise in primary, early childhood, or secondary education.

2. Collaborate with Parents:

  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any areas of concern.
  • Attend parent-teacher conferences and provide feedback on academic performance and behavioral development.
  • Foster a strong school-parent partnership that supports students’ overall growth.

3. Prepare Lessons and Materials:

  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans that are clear, effective, and meet curriculum standards.
  • Utilize different teaching aids and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust lesson plans based on their needs and learning pace.

4. Positively Guide Students:

  • Serve as a mentor and role model, providing both academic and emotional support to students.
  • Help students navigate social and academic challenges while promoting positive behavior and attitude.
  • Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in the classroom.

5. Collaborate with Other Teachers:

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and cohesive delivery of the curriculum.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to improve teaching techniques.
  • Share resources and ideas with other teachers to create a supportive learning environment.

6. Guide and Lead Projects:

  • Lead school-wide or class-specific projects that encourage teamwork and project-based learning.
  • Design interdisciplinary projects that allow students to explore both artistic and scientific topics.
  • Help students showcase their work through exhibitions, presentations, or performances.

  • Specializations: Open to both Arts and Science graduates who are passionate about teaching.
