Job Summary
SUBRA, a leading player in the organic product industry, is offering a unique and lucrative marketing business contract. We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team as international marketing agents. This role comes with a high monthly income, vehicle allowance, global trips, daily profits, and monthly bonuses, with the potential to earn over $2,500 per month. Comprehensive marketing training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in promoting our products and building a strong marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion and Sales:
- Actively promote the sales and use of SUBRA’s organic products.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of our product offerings and help them understand the value of integrating them into their lifestyles.
- Identify and target key markets and demographics to expand the customer base and increase sales.
2. Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage an effective marketing team to support the company’s objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment where all team members are motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and handling any concerns efficiently.
- Work to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
4. Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of market trends and improve product positioning.
- Share insights with the company’s management to influence marketing initiatives and product development.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track daily sales activities, volume, and team performance, providing regular reports to company management.
- Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer feedback, and performance metrics to ensure transparency.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Educational Background:
- Minimum qualification of a Senior High School Certificate (S.S.C.E) or equivalent.
- Degree holders and above are highly encouraged to apply.
2. Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in international marketing or managing a sales team is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop effective marketing strategies.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent leadership qualities with experience in managing and guiding teams toward achieving goals.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
4. Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to use data analytics to track performance and sales outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Monthly Earnings:
- Base salary of GH₵ 3,500, plus an additional daily sales allowance tied to sales volume.
